The President and first secretary of the ruling ZANU-PF party Cde Emmerson Mnangagwa has appointed retired general Constantino Dominic Guvheya Nyikadzino Chiwenga and Cde Kembo Mohadi as Vice Presidents and second secretaries of ZANU PF with immediate effect.
In a press statement just released by the Presidential press secretary George Charamba, the two senior appointments have filled the remaining vacancies in the new President’s cabinet.
While Cde Chiwenga’s appointment was a subject of speculation for a while owing to his resignation from his former post, Mohadi’s appointment comes as a surprise as Minister Oppah Muchinguri was seemingly poised for Vice Presidency.
While it may be news to some, followers of controversial Prophet Bushiri are ecstatic that this has come as a fulfillment of a prophecy given last year that the former State Minister would be promoted and ‘wear a crown’. The recorded prophecy had raised controversy and gone viral upon its release in November 2016.
